Daily Station Readings

1.0 Purpose

The main purpose of these readings are to maintain readings(logs) of the white product tanks quantity at the retail stations for a particular date.

1.1 Navigation Path

Path: Stock > Daily Station Readings

1.2 Listing Screen

Below are the details of the listing screen:-

• Tank Code is the unique alpha numeric code assigned to each Tank which is available at the retail station.
• Product Name is the liquid product which is stored in the tank available at the retail station.
• Site Name is the location where the retail station available.
• Quantity is the liquid product tank quantity reading available at the retail station.
• Reading date is the day and time when the readings were collected from the tank at the retail station.
• Comments are the remarks submitted by the user.
• Added by is the entity/user who ahs added the readings in the system.
• Date added is the day when the user has added the records in the system.
• Updated by is the entity/user who has updated the records in the system.
• Date updated is the day when the user has updated the records in the system.

1.3 Add New Daily Station Readings

User can add new readings from the below Add New button as shown in the screen:-

1.4 Add new Form

Below are the form details:-

• Retail Station is required to be selected from the drop down list. Select the appropriate retail station name from the list.
• Product is the list of liquid product names which is to be selected from drop down list.
• Tank field will populate the names of tanks available at the retail station.
• Reading date is the day and time when the readings were collected and added.
• Quantity is the current amount of liquid product available in the tank at the retail station.
• Tank Capacity is the capability of holding the amount of liquid product.
