Purpose

The email advertisement module is used for adding and managing the advertisement that needs to be showcased in the email templates. So, when the email is sent to the customer, a section will be available in each email that shows the advertisement of the products. This will be useful to increase the sale of the advertised products.

Navigation Path

Path: Configurations > Email Advertisements

Listing Screen

View list of all the Email Advertisements that were previously added by the Administrator. Admin will have an option to add and update, from the list. Admin will be able to search the Email Advertisements using the text search filter option this is provided in the list.

Text Search Filter: Admin can search from the list using the text inputs provided below.

Option to Conditional search and refresh

Conditional Search/Filter: User will be able to search using below pop-up

  • Admin will be able to search conditionally i.e. the search must satisfy the conditions “Any” or “All” based on the selection
  • Multiple Field conditions can be added by clicking on “+” Button
  • Field conditions can be removed by clicking on “-” Button
  • Admin will have the option to select which field the input data needs to be compared and  searched upon
  • Criteria need to be set to compare with inputted data text input. List of Criteria are mentioned below:
  • The text box will be provided to enter the info to compare and search in the listing.

Add New: To add questions, click on the “Add Email Advertisement” button

Add New/Edit Existing Advertisement Form

  • Admin will be able to add new Email Advertisement and edit the existing Email Advertisement from this page
  • Admin needs to upload the advertisements and associated to email template to add an Email Advertisement.

Fields available in the Add/Edit Form

  • Select Email Template (Required): Admin will be provided with the list of email templates in the dropdown. Admin can select any of the templates where the advertisement needs to be showcased in.
  • Upload Advertisement Image: Admin can upload the advertisement image. This image will be displayed in the advertisement section of the email template. Note: The uploaded image must follow the criteria to get the best result. – Valid Extensions: png, jpg, jpeg.,Valid size: Less than (<) 1 MB., Maximum allowed dimensions 295×160 pixels

Before Submission, the admin will have the option to go to “Next” Page to add new/Edit Existing Advertiment, go to “listing” or “Stay” on the same page.

Admin can save the advertisement by submitting the form or can discard the form.

On Submission, the new advertisements will be listed on the listing page and the existing setting will be edited.
