Order Validity Settings

Purpose

Order Validity settings module enables the admin to manage the validity of the ordered products based on quantity range (min. & max. quantities) and specific business segment.

After ordering the products it is necessary to load & transport the product at a specific time. So the validity of the truck loading & transportation is added in the system for the products that are ordered in the specific quantity range and ordered by specific business segments.  It denotes that the order needs to be fully loaded & transported to the customer in the specified time limit.

Navigation Path

Path: Configurations > Order Validity Settings

Listing Screen

View list of all the Order Validity Settings that were previously added by the Administrator. Admin will have an option to add and update, from the list. Admin will be able to search the Order Validity Settings using the text search filter option this is provided in the list.

Text Search Filter: Admin can search from the list using the text inputs provided below.

Option to Conditional search, refresh, export

Conditional Search/Filter: User will be able to search using below pop-up

• Admin will be able to search conditionally i.e. the search must satisfy the conditions “Any” or “All” based on the selection

• Multiple Field conditions can be added by clicking on “+” Button
• Field conditions can be removed by clicking on “-” Button
• Admin will have the option to select which field the input data needs to be compared and  searched upon

• Criteria need to be set to compare with inputted data text input. List of Criteria are mentioned below

• Text area will be provided to enter the data to compare and search in the listing.

Export

• Admin will have the option to export data in excel and PDF format
• Admin can either select the columns  or all the columns based on the need
• Admin can either export the current page records or all the record

• Add New: To add questions, click on the “Add Order Validity Range” button

• Admin will be able to Add new Order Validity Setting and edit the existing Order Validity Setting from this page
• Admin needs to fill the Validity and other related information to add an Order Validity Setting.

Fields available in the Add/Edit Form

• Min. Quantity (Required): Enter the quantity for minimum quantity of the products that is required to be ordered.
• Max. Quantity (Required): Enter the quantity for maximum quantity of the products that is required to be ordered.
• Validity (in days): It is a time frame in days that needs to be set for the order to be fully loaded and transported to the customer after the order is placed. The order can be loaded in parts but all the loading needs to be complete in the validity time frame.
• Order Type (Required): It is the business segment that needs to be set using dropdown list. The validity will be set for the business segment who ordered the products.

Before Submission, admin will have option to go to “Next” Page to add new/Edit Existing setting, go to “listing” or “Stay” on the same page.

Admin can save the setting by submitting the form or can discard the form.

On Submission, the new settings will be listed in the listing page and existing setting will be edited.
