1.1 Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to configure prices for white products, and lubricant products. The prices can be set for all the classifications in the business unit.

1.2 Navigation Path

Path: Finance > Price Configuration

1.3 Listing Screen

Search Filter: Admin can search from the list using the text inputs provided below.

Conditional Search/Filter

  • User will be able to search using below pop-up
  • User will be able to search conditionally i.e. the search must satisfy the conditions “Any” or “All” based on the selection
  • Multiple Field conditions can be added by clicking on “+” Button
  • Field conditions can be removed by clicking on “-” Button
  • Admin will have the option to select which field the input data needs to be compared and  searched upon

Criteria need to be set to compare with inputted data text input. List of Criteria are mentioned below:

  • Text area will be provided to enter the data for compare and search in the listing.

Export

  • Admin will have the option to export the daily sales in excel and PDF format.
  • Admin can either select the columns or all the columns based on the need.
  • Admin can either export the current page records or all the records.

1.4 Add / Edit New Price Configuration

Below are the page details:-

  • Product Name is to be selected from the drop down list with all the name list of white and lubricant products.
  • Applicable Date is the selected day from the calendar the new product prices are applicable.
  • Remarks is the text area for user message.
  • Remark Attachments is the file reference

Business Unit Price list:-

  • Company Classification is the company name for which the updated product prices will be applicable.
  • Currency Type is the applicable currency on basis of which the product price is submitted.
  • New Price is the latest product price entered and will be effective with immediate effect on the selected company classifications.
  • Old Price is the very previous price that was effective on the selected product.
  • Save button will submit the entered details with immediate effect.
  • Discard button will redirect user to listing page.
