Product Prices

Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to manage the pricing of the products for specific companies. The prices of the companies will be visible to dealers only after adding in the product price section.

Navigation Path

Path: Finance > Product Prices

Listing Screen

View list of all the Product Prices that were previously added by the Administrator. Admin will have an option to add, update, and activate/deactivate the product prices. Admin will be able to search the product Prices using the filter option this is provided in the list.

Text Search Filter: Admin can search from the list using the text inputs provided below.

Filter: Admin can filter the listing using Product Name, Product Type, Zone Name, and Effective Date.

Search, refresh and export

Conditional Search/Filter: User will be able to search using below pop-up.

User will be able to search conditionally i.e. the search must satisfy the conditions “Any” or “All” based on the selection

• Multiple Field conditions can be added by clicking on “+” Button
• Field conditions can be removed by clicking on “-” Button
• Admin will have the option to select which field the input data needs to be compared and  searched upon

• Criteria needs to be set to compared with inputted data text input. List of Criteria are mentioned below:

• Text area will be provided to enter the data for compare and search in the listing.

Export

• Admin will have the option to export the daily sales in excel and PDF format
• Admin can either select the columns  or all the columns based on the need
• Admin can either export the current page records or all the record

Add New Product Prices: To add new Product Prices, click on the below button

Add New Product Prices/Edit Existing Product Prices Form

• User will be able to Add/Update the Product Prices from this page
• User needs to fill the product price form to add/edit the product prices in the system.

Fields available in the Add/Edit Product Form

Company Name (Required field): Select the Company Name from the drop-down list

• Note: On selecting the Company Name, Data gets populated in Company Classification dropdown and Product Name. The data will be populated based on the companies and classifications assigned in the product master.

Company Classification: Select the classification from the drop-down list

• Note: The dropdown will be populated based on the classification for the products in product master in the Product companies section. On selecting the company classification, the data in the product name dropdown list will be filtered and listed.

Product Name (Required field): Select the Product from the drop-down list.

Date (Required Field): Select the date from the calendar.

Currency Type: Select the currency type from the drop-down list.

Price (Required): Enter Price for the product for the specific company per specific unit

Company Product Pricing Documents – Pricing Documents: Upload the document related to pricing of the product for the company. User can view the document after uploading.

• Note: Document needs to be uploaded in PNG, JPG, JPEG, DOC & DOCX format only and valid size is less than 5 MB.

Before Submission, the admin will have the option to go to “Next” Page to add new Product, go to “listing” or “Stay” on the same product page.

Admin can save the product price by submitting the form or can discard the product price form.

On Submission, the product price will be listed in the Product Price listing page.
