Retail Station Evaluation Questions

Purpose

Retail station evaluation questions module enables the admin to manage the questions used for evaluation of retail stations.

Business Consultants will be assigned to retail stations that need to be evaluated. The Business consultant will visit the assigned retails stations for evaluation. The evaluation form will consist of questions that are showcased to the Business consultants for answering while evaluating. Once these questions are answered a report will be generated named “Station Evaluation Report” that would provide results of the evaluation.

While Adding or editing the questions user will have the option to assign the category of the questions that differentiates the question in the evaluation form of the retail store, add the Shortcode to the question, Make the question optional, set the sequence of the question and set/change the status of the questions.

Navigation Path

Path: Configurations > Retail Station Evaluation Questions

Listing Screen

View list of all the Retail station evaluation questions that were previously added by the Administrator. Admin will have an option to add, update, and activate/deactivate the questions from the list. Admin will be able to search the questions using the text search filter option this is provided in the list.

Text Search Filter: Admin can search from the list using the text inputs provided below.

Option to Conditional search, refresh, export and Activate/Deactivate the questionnaires

Conditional Search/Filter: User will be able to search using below pop-up

• Admin will be able to search conditionally i.e. the search must satisfy the conditions “Any” or “All” based on the selection

• Multiple Field conditions can be added by clicking on “+” Button
• Field conditions can be removed by clicking on “-” Button
• Admin will have the option to select which field the input data needs to be compared and searched upon.

• Criteria needs to be set to compared with inputted data text input. List of Criteria are mentioned below:

• Text area will be provided to enter the data for compare and search in the listing.

Export

• Admin will have the option to export data in excel and PDF format
• Admin can either select the columns  or all the columns based on the need
• Admin can either export the current page records or all the record

Activate/Deactivate: This functionality will be used to activate/deactivate multiple questions at a time. Admin needs to select multiple questions from the list and click on the activate/deactivate button to change the status to active/inactive. Once the question is inactive the question won’t be available in the test. And if the test is active the question will be visible in the test is carried out.

Add New: To add questions, click on the “Add New” button

Add New/Edit Existing Question Form

• Admin will be able to add a new question and edit the existing questions from this page
• Admin needs to fill the questions and other related information to add a question.

Fields available in the Add/Edit Form

• Short Code (Required): Enter the shortcode for the question that enables the user to search the questions efficiently.
• Category (Required): Select the category of the questions from the dropdown that would differentiate the questions in the question form while evaluation takes place for the retails store
• Question (Required): Enter the question that needs to be asked in the test
• Optional: If the question is not mandatory and can be skipped need to select “yes” from the dropdown and if the question is mandatory, the admin needs to select “No” from the dropdown.
• Sequence (Required): Set the sequence of the questions that would showcase the order of the question in the frontend evaluation form.
• Status (Required): Admin will be able to set/change the status of the question as Active/Inactive

Before Submission, admin will have option to go to “Next” Page to add new/Edit Existing Question, go to “listing” or “Stay” on the same page.

Admin can save the question by submitting the form or can discard the form. On Submission, the new question will be listed in the listing page and existing question will be edited.
