Send Custom Email

Purpose

The Purpose of the send custom email module to send bulk emails to the users of the platform. This feature allows admin to trigger an email to multiple users at the same time. The Administrator will have the option to send emails to all the users and even to filtered users as well

Navigation Path

Path: User Accounts > Send Custom Email

Listing Screen

View list of all the users of the portal. The users will consist of the entries that active as well as inactive. The users of all roles and will be of different companies.

Functional Buttons

The buttons consists of Sending an Email, Refresh the list and open filters options.

Filter options

Admin will be able conditional

• Multiple Field conditions can be added by clicking on “+” Button
• Field conditions can be removed by clicking on “x” Button

Admin will have option to select which criteria the input data needs to be compare and searched upon

Comparing criteria needs to be set to compare with inputted data text input. List of Criteria are mentioned below:

Admin will be able to search conditionally i.e. the search must satisfy the conditions “Match Any” or “Match All” based on the selection

On setting the filter, the list will be filtered based on the searching criteria. Users will have the option to save the filter by clicking on the “Save this Search” Button. The saved searched will be visible in the “All filters” dropdown.

Send Email

On clicking on “Send Email” Button a pop-up will appear.

Fields available in the send email pop up includes:

• Company Branding: By default company name will be displayed from which user is logged in.

• Subject (Required): Enter the subject for the email that needs to be sent
• Attachment: Upload Attachments in the email. Attachment Size had conditions that need to be fulfilled.

• Content (Required): Enter the content in the text editor.
• Send Test Email to: Enter the email in which the email needs to be sent for test purposes. Admin can add multiple emails for testing.

User can add user details & Common Details of MRS Holdings in the email as well.

On submitting, email will be sent to all the users which were selected before drafting email..
