Short Term Credit Request Process

1.0 Purpose

The main purpose of this process is to provide short term credit limit and should allow dealers to place orders.

1.4 Short Term Credit Request Generation

Dealers can generate shot term credit request from the short term credit module.

By clicking on the add new button user navigates to the add short term credit page.

In add short term credit page, user need to provide the following details

  1. Request Credit
  2. Station/Shop
  3. Remarks
  4. Attachments

By submitting above details system generates a short term credit request.

1.5 Approve/Decline Short Term Credit

Once dealers/customers submits the short term credit request then the credit controller can approve/decline the short term credit request.

The navigation path for the short term credit request for credit controller is as follows
Requests & Approvals > Short Term Credit

In short term credit listing, user can see the all short term credit requests. For pending short term credit requests there will be displayed the approve/decline short term credit option.

By clicking on the approve/decline button system shows the approve/decline short term credit popup, In that popup user can update the approve credit. The value which is mentioned in the approve credit field that amount will be approved.

User can select the approve or decline option. If user selects the approve option then user need to select the due date. If user selects the decline option then system consider that short term credit request is closed at that moment.

Once the short term credit request is approved then dealers/customers will get that much amount to place the orders. Once the due date of the short term credit crosses then the short term credit request revokes automatically and the short term credit for the station/shop becomes 0.

1.6 Extend Short Term Credit

For approved short term credit requests, user can extend the credit amount or the due date of the short term credit request. By clicking on the extend credit button then system opens a popup to display the option to extend the due date and additional amount

User updates the respective values and provides necessary attachments and remarks and submit. When user submits the updated values then system allows the additional credit and due date.

1.7 View History of Short Credit Request

Users can see the short term credit history by clicking on the view history button. View history button shows for the short term credit request if the request is in the approved status.

By clicking on the view history button system shows all the transactions which are happened for that station/shop.
