Short Term Credits

Purpose

Credit requests are added by the dealers to purchase products from the dealer panel. These credits are for a short period, therefore they are called short term credits. Admin will get the request for the short term credit, the admin will have the option to accept or decline the request. On accepting the dealer will be getting the credits and dealer can purchase the product using that credit points. On rejecting the dealer will not receive any credit points. On purchasing the product using credits, the credit amount will become the due amount that needs to be settled by the dealer by payment. Admin will also have the option to view the history of the short term credit as well.

Navigation Path

Path: Requests & Approvals > Short Term Credit

Listing Screen

View list of all the Short Term Credits that were requested by the dealers (both approved and pending). Admin will have an option to accept/reject the short term credit request and event view the history of credit request. Admin will be able to search the Short Term Credits using the text search filter option this is provided in the list.

Text Search Filter: Admin can search from the list using the text inputs provided below.

Option to Conditional search, refresh, export

Conditional Search/Filter: User will be able to search using below pop-up

• Admin will be able to search conditionally i.e. the search must satisfy the conditions “Any” or “All” based on the selection

• Multiple Field conditions can be added by clicking on “+” Button
• Field conditions can be removed by clicking on “-” Button
• Admin will have the option to select which field the input data needs to be compared and  searched upon

• Criteria needs to be set to compared with inputted data text input. List of Criteria are mentioned below:

• Text area will be provided to enter the data to compare and search in the listing.

Export

• Admin will have option to export data in excel and PDF format
• Admin can either select the columns  or all the columns based on the need
• Admin can either export the current page records or all the record

View Short Term Credits

User can view the details of Short Term Credits that was requested by the internal users. Admin can view the following info

• Summary: It consists of the Short Term Credit Details

• View Notes (if available): Option to add notes by clicking on Add notes or Reminders button

• Add Notes: Notes can be added by adding “Remark” and uploading remark Documents.

• Add Reminders: Reminder Notes can be added by adding “Remark”, Remind Date and uploading remark Documents

• Activities: Admin can view the recent activities of the Short Term Credit details

• Admin will also be able to approve/decline the credit request. A pop-up will appear that consists of credit amount requested by the dealer (Admin will have the option to edit the credit amount), change the status to approve or decline, enter remarks and upload the attachments.

• On approval of the credit request, the admin will have the option to view the history of the credit transactions as well
