Terminal Settings

Purpose

These settings will be used by the admin for managing the general settings for terminals. All the terminal settings will have different purposes to fulfill.

Navigation Path

Path: Configurations > Terminal Settings

Listing Screen

View a list of all the Terminal Settings that were configured. Admin will have an option update Terminal Settings from the list. Admin will be able to search the Terminal Settings using the text search filter option this is provided in the list.

Text Search Filter: Admin can search from the list using the text inputs provided below.

Option to Conditional search, refresh

Conditional Search/Filter: User will be able to search using below pop-up

  • Admin will be able to search conditionally i.e. the search must satisfy the conditions “Any” or “All” based on the selection
  • Multiple Field conditions can be added by clicking on “+” Button
  • Field conditions can be removed by clicking on “-” Button
  • Admin will have the option to select which field the input data needs to compare and  searched upon
  • Criteria needs to be set to compared with inputted data text input. List of Criteria are mentioned below:
  • Text area will be provided to enter the data to compare and search in the listing.

Export

  • Admin will have the option to export data in excel and PDF format
  • Admin can either select the columns  or all the columns based on the need
  • Admin can either export the current page records or all the record

Filter Search: Admin will be able to filter search using Company Name and Label

View Terminal Settings

User can view the details of Terminal Settings that was added by the administrator. Admin can view the following info

  • Summary: It consist of the information of the Terminal Settings
  • Activities: Admin can view the recent activities of the Terminal Settings
  • Admin will also be able to edit the Terminal Settings as well

Edit Existing Terminal Settings Form

  • Admin will be able to Edit the existing Terminal Setting from this page
  • Admin needs to fill the Terminal Setting and other related information to add a Terminal Setting.

Value (Required): Admin will only be able to change the value of these settings.

Quantity Variance Maximum Value

This setting is used at the time of the end batch for the loading ticket to accept. If quantity variance is more than the specified percentage while loading, then the system will not allow the user to process the end batch

 

LT Authentication Period

 

This setting is deprecated

LAT Expity Date Window Difference (in days)

After programming the loading ticket based on this setting, the expiry date of the loading ticket will be decided. Loading Date + days is the expiry date of LT

 

TSI Check Grace Settings

If an LT TSI Check is failed and again the truck is coming for TSI check then based on this setting system the system will allow taking TSI Check again

 

Truck Compartment Variance Value

This setting is used at the time of the end batch for the loading ticket to accept the compartment qty. If the entered quantity is greater than the compartment capacity and within the setting percentage then only system will allow. Otherwise, it will not allow the process

 

FR created before Arrival Date Time (Hours)

While creating FR if ETA is selected less than 2 hrs for the current time then the system will not allow to program.

While delivering the fuel request this variance percentage will restrict process if crosses the limit

This setting is used to perform Check-In for the LT

This setting is used to perform check-in for an LT, how many hours before the user needs to perform check-in

Driver Issuance Min Year

While processing LT, at the terminal MON Site Rep/TSI Supervisor need to fill up the driver information in that driver date of birth minimum years

 

Gantry Available Notify Me Option After (days)

If there is no limit at gantry to program loading ticket users can choose to Notify Me option

While placing an internal product request this is the maximum allowed quantity

Minimum Quantity For Internal Product Request

While placing an internal product request this is minimum allowed qty

charges for Re Program Setting

When user rescheduling the loading ticket by changing the loading date of a LT this setting will use to charge the customer

Quantity Variance Value

This setting is used to allow end batch of a loading ticket with more than or less than the variance percentage. If LT is loaded with less than variance then that quantity loss/gain beared by terminal only. If LT is loaded more than the variance range product owner need to bear the quantity loss/gain

Maximum Request Throughput Quantity

This setting is used to request throughput with maximum allowed quantity to place

 

Minimum Request Throughput Quantity

This setting is used to request throughput with minimum required quantity to place

 

Before Submission, the admin will have the option to go to “Next” Page of edit terminal settings, go to “listing” Page, or “Stay” on the same page.

Admin can update the Terminal Setting by submitting the form or can discard the form. On Submission, the new Terminal Setting will be listed on the listing page and the existing Terminal Setting will be edited.
