TSI Settings
Purpose
TSI (Truck Safty Information) settings consist of questionnaires that are asked to the truck drivers when they arrive for the TSI check. TSI measures most of the common factors contributing to the formation of lung-damaging ground-level ozone. A vehicle will fail the test if there are excessive amounts of hydrocarbons or carbon monoxide.
These Questionnaires for the TSI tests will be managed from the admin panel and will be displayed to the users who perform the tests. The questions will be based on the terminals i.e. for which terminal the question needs to be asked. Also if the question was asked in the span of 30 days in the previous test, the admin will have the facility to avoid asking the question in the next test that would occur in the next 30 days or question need to be asked every time the test is taken. Admin can also make the question as optional to be added i.e. the question will not be mandatory to answer. Admin can set the applicability of the question to the types of vehicle i.e. if the question is applicable for selected types of vehicles.

Listing Screen
View list of all the Test Questions that were previously added by the Administrator. Admin will have an option to add, update, and activate/deactivate the questions from the list. Admin will be able to search the questions using the text search filter option this is provided in the list. Admin will also have the option to order the test questionnaires.

Ordering: Admin will be able to order the questionnaires in the list. Admin can change the order of the questionnaires that will be visible to the users while testing. To change the order of the questionnaire, admin need to click on the “Manage Ordering” Button

User can view list of questions that are already added. To change the order or sequence of the questions, admin need to drag and drop the questions from 1 section to another.

Text Search Filter: Admin can search from the list using the text inputs provided below. To get the text search area in the listing, the admin needs to select the “Filter” button.

Option to Conditional search, refresh, export and Activate/Deactivate the questionnaires

Conditional Search/Filter: User will be able to search using below pop-up

- Admin will be able to search conditionally i.e. the search must satisfy the conditions “Any” or “All” based on the selection

- Multiple Field conditions can be added by clicking on “+” Button
- Field conditions can be removed by clicking on “-” Button
- Admin will have the option to select which field the input data needs to be compared and searched upon

- Criteria needs to be set to compared with inputted data text input. List of Criteria are mentioned below:

- Text area will be provided to enter the data for compare and search in the listing.
Export
- Admin will have the option to export data in excel and PDF format
- Admin can either select the columns or all the columns based on the need
- Admin can either export the current page records or all the record

Activate/Deactivate: This functionality will be used to activate/deactivate multiple questions at a time. Admin needs to select multiple questions from the list and click on the activate/deactivate button to change the status to active/inactive. Once the question is inactive the question won’t be available in the test. And if the test is active the question will be visible in the test is carried out.
Add New: To add questions, click on the “Add New” button
Add New/Edit Existing Question Form
- Admin will be able to add a new question and edit the existing questions from this page
- Admin needs to fill the questions and other related information to add a question.

Fields available in the Add/Edit Form
- Terminal: Select the type of terminal for which the question is applicable for.
- Question (Required): Enter the question that need to be asked in the test
- Ask within 30 days (Required): Select “yes” if the question needs to be asked in test within 30 days of the previous test taken. Select “No” if the question needs to be asked every time the test is taken.
- Optional: If the question is not mandatory and can be skipped need to select “yes” and if the question is mandatory, admin need to select “No”.
- Applicable to (Required): Admin need to select the vehicles for which the question is applicable i.e. this question will be asked when the specific vehicles goes under TSI test phase. Admin will be provided with multi-select option to select multiple vehicles for the question
- Status (Required): Admin will be able to set/change the status of the question as Active/Inactive
Before Submission, admin will have option to go to “Next” Page to add new/Edit Existing Question, go to “listing” or “Stay” on the same page.
Admin can save the question by submitting the form or can discard the form.
On Submission, the new question will be listed on the listing page and the existing question will be edited.
